The “Data” page

The “Data” page presents the information from IDIA Know-Your-Customer in list form:

Last updated

This list is sorted in descending order by the date of the last change in the register. The most recent changes are always at the beginning of the list. To see what has changed in the register, click on Data.

Customer and membership number

The company overview shows not only the customer number (BBN) but also the cooperative’s membership number.

Deletions

The last column shows deletions. Listing deleted companies is necessary for two reasons: firstly, in cases of relocation (change of registered office) or mergers (changes of legal form, spin-offs, etc.), as the deletion is merely formal; the company continues to be registered elsewhere in a new register (see also the page Details – Deletions). Secondly, existing customers can also “acquire” other companies. Legally, this often occurs through mergers. The two deletions from August 22, 2024, and August 21, 2024, show new acquisitions by existing customers.
